Welcome to Calendr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services provided by SIA WILD CREATIVE registered in Latvia.

By registering for an account or using our platform via the domain calendr.social (including any subdomains), you enter into a legally binding contract with us and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Description of Services

Calendr provides a cloud-based social media content planning and collaboration platform designed for freelancers, agencies, and brands. Our Services allow users to organize content calendars, manage workspaces, collaborate on post drafts, and facilitate client feedback and approvals.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at any time to improve the platform's functionality or security.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract to use our Services.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
  • Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and password. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify us at hello@calendr.social if you suspect any unauthorized access to or breach of your account.

3. Fees and Payment

  • No Fees: Calendr is currently free to use. No subscription, billing cycle, or payment method is required to access the Services.
  • Future Paid Features: We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future. We will notify users in advance of any such change, and no charges will ever be applied without your explicit consent.

4. Workspaces, Dynamic Slugs, and Collaboration

  • Multi-Tenant Isolation: Calendr utilizes a multi-tenant architecture. Each workspace created within your account is isolated.
  • Workspace Invitations: You may invite third-party users (such as your clients or external team members) to access specific workspaces. You are fully responsible for the actions of any users you invite to your workspaces and for managing their access permissions.

5. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all text, images, videos, and other materials that you upload, draft, or process within the Services ("User Content"). Calendr claims no ownership over your content.
  • License to Us: You grant Calendr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to host, store, transfer, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services for you and your designated clients.
  • No AI Training: Calendr guarantees that your User Content and personal data will never be used to train, develop, or improve generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates the guidelines of the social media networks you connect to.

6. Free Access and Refunds

  • Free Access: Calendr is free of charge. No credit card, trial period, or cancellation is required to use the Services.
  • Refunds: As no fees are charged for the Services, no refunds are applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

  • "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to uptime guarantees, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Calendr (or its directors, employees, or affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that disrupts the security or integrity of our platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with Calendr shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riga, Latvia.
